Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but may offer exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Inside your parcel will be a return slip to fill out and send back with the returning item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item in original condition and a credit note will be supplied if inspection is a pass. 

Sale items - unfortunately no refund or exchange on sale items.
